Get Started
To start a  consultation process, you must request this by completing
a service form request. The consultant will discuss your specific needs with you and set up a visit date based on the priority assigned to your request, your work schedule, and the time needed for the consultant to adequately prepare for his or her task. We encourage a complete review of your health care situation; however, if you wish you may limit the visit to one or more specific questions or problems.

Opening Conference
When the consultant arrives at your institution for the scheduled visit, he or she will first meet with you and your key employees in an opening conference to briefly review your request, the consultant's role and the expected report.

Walk Through
Τogether you and the consultant will examine conditions in your workplace. We strongly encourage maximal employee participation in the walk-through. Better-informed and more alert employees can more easily work with you to identify and correct the potential needs at your institution.  Observing the regular work of you institution and talking with employees during the walk-through helps the consultant identify and judge the nature and extent of your specific needs.

The consultant will study your entire workplace or the specific operations you designated in your request and discuss the feasibility of your plans. A comprehensive consultation also includes but is not limited to:

(1) Appraisal of human resources, mechanical and environmental and physical work practices at your facility.

(2) A conference with management on findings.

(3) A written report of recommendations for the necessary changes and actions to achieve your goals.

Closing Conference
The consultant will review his findings with you in a closing conference. You will learn not only what  needs to be improved, but also what you are doing right. At that time you can ask further questions. The consultant will discuss solutions to any serious hazards identified during the walk-through. The consultant will offer general approaches and options to you. He or she may also suggest other sources for technical help.

Follow Through
Following  the closing conference, the consultant will send you a detailed written report explaining the findings and suggestions for achieving the services requested or addressing identified problems at your institution.

Benefits of the Consultation
An objective knowledge of your workplace will enable you to improve your operations and the management of your facility. You will get professional advice and assistance in the correction of potential problems and in ways of materializing your plans.
